Lauretta Georgen

Lauretta Georgen leads the research function at Stonehill Search Partners. Over the years, she has managed executive search research projects across a variety of industry segments and functions. Much of this work has been in life sciences, financial services, and the energy sector.

Within the research domain, Lauretta’s strengths include organizational research, candidate identification, and database management. She has led market intelligence studies and competitor analysis for several Fortune 500 clients.

Lauretta also has deep skills in candidate development. She served as a lead consultant for a global talent management firm, where her work focused on executive recruiting, career planning, and job development.

Before joining Stonehill Search Partners, Lauretta worked with Bank of America and predecessor banks -- as a vice president and commercial lending officer, credit officer, and operations officer. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marywood University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Lauretta’s leadership extends to the community. She has served as a committee chair for the PGA Memorial Tournament benefiting Nationwide Children’s Hospital and committee chair for the 2013 Presidents Cup.
